DE-TENSIONING MACHINE (4+4 HEADS)
The De-tensioning machine is composed of 4+4 heads to release 1 complete mould at time that has already been working for a long time. The mechanical and electrical system guarantee the simultaneous de-tensioning. The de-tensioning is gentle, slow and high controlled to avoid shock to the sleepers (max. 5 turns/minute for transferring the load).
