Carousel Plant for the production of wall panels
The 3D image below shows a carousel plant for the production of wall panels. The daily production goes from 1000 up to 3000 square meters. Each mould takes 10 minutes to complete a cycle with the result of 48-60 worked moulds per shift. The labour incidence is 4-8 min/sqm and the operators needed are from 8 to 15, according to the required daily productivity of the plant.
The working stations pointed out in the image are illustrative of a typical carousel plant for the production of precast panels and therefore are adjustable according to customers’ needs.
